J&W Painting Ltd./Universal Construction Ltd. is seeking assistant bookkeeper/preparing invoices/administrative assistant for immediate hire. The ideal candidate:
• has excellent English writing and speaking skills
•        has completed a postsecondary degree in a pertinent field (ideally accounting)
$ ]) L5 x  g0 C8 ~" T# k1 ]+ | •        has knowledge of and familiarity/experience with QuickBooks
•        is extremely reliable and punctual
% O: _0 i9 J: s7 `•        exhibits strong tendencies toward organization and note-keeping
•        works well under pressure and tight deadlines
3 n" s& r! f+ ^6 }$ L4 c- C- v; ~•        has a co-operative, pleasant, and professional demeanour
•        can work a flexible number of hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with very occasional Saturday work as a possibility
