Protection Act (Canada),

4 L/ i& O/ V. b; y& U, P; J# K/ XThe following are the documents we require:

) [# ^( ^/ n) b8 m4 u1.      Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
) V  @; S! H4 s. K; T, J" z3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
+ H0 x/ Y% V4 r4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
0 k9 ?0 {  _6 Z3 ^3 ]bill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
into Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
: X! w+ W; E& V" \5 sticket etc.);
6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
- d2 X  W0 G' S: M. gStudy Permit,  Visitor Records and any other documents we might
require.
