(e)     A person if his or her parent or someone else with lawful

application for a work permit under the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (Canada),

& n5 I% X1 u+ m8 RThe following are the documents we require:

1.      Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
bill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
7 X* w  d- \0 ]0 p% b$ F$ U5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
9 M3 ^5 x0 U: [- Z( {; H! F3 ginto Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
ticket etc.);
6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
