5 W8 U/ R$ q1 J: w' Q" x ü Prepares complex spreadsheets and provides insightful financial analysis ü Reconcile accounts, ensures compliance with accounting policy ü Prepares audit files in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and contractual requirements for small program audits of the college ü Prepares forecasting and cash flow analysis to management ü Maintains the data records in the capital asset module and reviews asset purchases ü Primary contact for college budget holders ü Works closely with members of other departments to resolve financial data concerns (i.e. payroll, advancement, student financial services, human resources, academic areas, etc.) ü Provides system support and training on the use of the finance system and reporting to end users ü Responds to financial data questions, interprets contract financial reporting requirements and performs financial analysis assistance upon request ' f$ J9 p4 Q( `9 ^' j% ]8 d z/ d
