·         Collaborate with management and customers to review design specs and work with customers to obtain the best fit for the AC units

·         Collaborate on product functions and methods to maximize performance.

·         Respond to field problems associated with HVAC operations and discuss with management.

·         Participate in field repair activities with customers.

·         Maintain technical knowledge to improve quality and future development.

·         Window person to customers for sales and technical questions.

·         Suggest potential promotional programs that are competitive in the market and assure company meets annual sales targets
