   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet

        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
& g& b2 ~& S( n0 a   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
