Among added benefits as tenants of this house, are that 1) the house is furnished with TV, a desktop and a printer and fax machine at no extra charge, 2) the landlord is an retired English/Communication Professor from Fanshawe, who can provide free consultancy on college/university study and life in Canada at large, and Fanshawe College/Western University in specific, based on his lived experiences as a M.A., PhD, and later a Prof. in Canada as well as China, 3) offers free drive to local mainstream as well as Chinese supermarkets at his convenience, and 4) to pick up tenants at the Toronto Pearson International airports at cost level.
