Section 49(7)(e)(i) of the Education Act,

(e)     A person if his or her parent or someone else with lawful
custody of him or her is in Canada:
(i)     under a Work Permit or awaiting the determination of an
application for a work permit under the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (Canada),

4 D. Y0 N1 r: P' u( o& b- L0 u2 GThe following are the documents we require:

1.      Application for Student Admission (will be provided by this office);
  e0 p. Y* ?6 Y7 F3 V( U2.      Copies of passports of parent(s) and child(ren);
3.      Birth certificate of child(ren) / Family Register (translated
into English);
4.      Proof of residential address / tenancy (eg lease agreement/tax
7 e* W' d9 N# U( f& v. qbill/utility bill - driver’s license not acceptable);
- v6 T& o' R( G1 L3 r3 }& y5.      Documentation to verify child(ren)’s first ever date of entry
/ @1 H3 F2 s/ ointo Canada (eg. passport stamp / immigration documents / airline
& M; N# o4 D& h! D/ E, C9 rticket etc.);
6.      Copies of all immigration documents received ie. Work Permit,
Study Permit,  Visitor Records and any other documents we might
